Prateek Lal Shah is a scientist-turned-product strategist and the founder of Echelon^, a next-generation product development studio that blends deep scientific expertise with real-world brand insight to bring innovative wellness, personal care, nutraceutical, and FMCG products to life.

With a background in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, and as a published researcher with three scientific papers, Prateek brings a rare ability to translate data-driven research into tangible, shelf-ready consumer products. His work has earned him recognition as one of India’s Top 40 Under 40 Product Developers by Business Mint — the only product developer featured on the list.

At Echelon^(previously Product Forge), Prateek leads a lean, high-agency team of formulators, researchers, and collaborators, helping founders and brands launch standout SKUs with clarity, compliance, and creativity. His approach is rooted in systems thinking, market relevance, and end-to-end execution — from product ideation to regulatory navigation and go-to-market support.
